Jack Evans draws seventh opponent in D.C. Council comeback bid: Brooke Pinto

An eighth candidate has entered the Democratic primary for Ward 2 D.C. Council seat vacated by Jack Evans, who resigned from the council last month before he could be expelled for repeated ethics violations.
